For information about the ChampionChip, contact:
Mika Timing GmbH, Kürtener Straße 11b, 51465 Bergisch Gladbach
Phone: 02202 / 2401-0, Fax.: 02202 2401-29
E-mail: info@mikatiming.de
www.mikatiming.de

Please fasten the chip to your shoelaces. We can only time you if you run over the timing mats at the start and finish as well as those along the course.

Chip rental: You already paid €3.00 (€1.00 for children's races) for chip rental in addition to the entry fee when you registered, so a chip is reserved for you. You will receive the rented chip with your starting papers. After the event, please return the chip to the chip collection points in the Niedernhall gymnasium by 4:30 pm on Sunday, 13/09/2020. The chips for the children's races will be collected in the finish area. Each child will receive a medal in exchange for the chip. If you keep the chip, it is considered purchased and after the event, mikatiming will debit €25.00 from the account you specified during registration.

Buying a chip: You can order your own chip when registering. Here's how:
Price: 28.00 €. The price will be automatically debited from your account along with the entry fee. Your data will be recorded in our system. The chip will then be sent automatically by post. The chip can be used at numerous other racing events.

Chip owners: If you already own a ChampionChip, bring it with you to the event and give us the chip code (alphanumeric code on the chip) while registering. This ChampionChip cannot be returned after the event.

Forgotten chips and substituation: If you left your own chip at home or are taking the place of another runner (substitution), you will be issued a new chip for a rental fee of €3.00. After the event, please return the chip to the chip collection points near the starting paper issue desk in the Niedernhall gymnasium between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm on Sunday, 13/09/2020. You may not keep this chip since it is not intended for sale and cannot be used at other running events.
